What happens to my photo?+

Who processes my photo?+
The conversion runs through Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider) to OpenAI's GPT Image 1.5 model. Per Cloudflare's current documentation, this paid route uses an endpoint that does not retain prompts or responses after processing, and we switch off request logging for these conversions. Both companies may still keep limited security, abuse-prevention, and billing records under their own terms.
What photos can I use?+
Photos of pets, objects, or places that you own or have permission to use. You must be 18 or older. Never upload photos of people or faces, children, IDs or documents, addresses or license plates, health or financial information, confidential screens, intimate content, illegal content, or characters and logos you don't have rights to. You'll confirm this before every conversion.
Do you check my photo for prohibited content?+
We rely on your confirmations and the AI provider's safety systems. We do not separately screen photo uploads and cannot detect every prohibited image. The provider may decline a photo under its content rules — if that happens, your 32 credits are restored.
What does a conversion cost?+
Exactly 32 generation credits per successful conversion, available on Pro and Studio plans. Credits are reserved when the conversion starts and restored in full if it fails. Credits are not cash and failures do not produce cash refunds.
What if I lose connection during a conversion?+
A finished line-art result is saved privately for up to 24 hours and linked to your account, so you can come back to it from this page. If the conversion itself failed, the 32 credits are restored automatically.
Can I use a photo of my child or another person?+
No. Photo AI accepts only photos with no people or faces. Use a pet, object, or place photo instead.
Who owns the line art?+
We don't claim ownership of your result. Because the line art is AI-generated, it may not be copyright-protectable, and similar results may be produced for others. We can't guarantee it is unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights — see the AI Content & Copyright Disclaimer.
