pagecolorai.com (the "Service") sends text prompts to OpenAI for automated safety moderation, and approved text prompts are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for image generation. Photo AI line art is generated by OpenAI's GPT Image 1.5 model reached through Cloudflare. Names are rendered from templates in the browser. Please read this disclaimer together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. AI-generated content

• Text-generated coloring pages are produced by automated systems. They may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results, and similar outputs may be produced for different users.
• Photo AI outputs are AI-generated and may contain artifacts, altered details, merged or missing lines, and may resemble results produced for others.
• Text prompts receive automated safety moderation and automated brand-and-character screening before generation, and matching prompts may be blocked. Photo AI uploads are checked by the AI provider's safety systems and your confirmations; we do not separately screen photo uploads. Screening is incomplete. If you encounter output that appears inappropriate or infringing, please report it to support@pagecolorai.com.

2. Copyright status of generated output — honest position

• Under current US Copyright Office guidance, images generated purely by AI without sufficient human creative contribution may not be eligible for copyright protection. The legal status of AI-assisted works is evolving and may differ by country.
• Photo AI line art is AI-generated; purely AI-generated images may not be copyright-protectable under current US Copyright Office guidance. You keep whatever rights you hold in the source photo, but we do not guarantee that any result is protectable, unique, accurate, non-infringing, identity-preserving, or suitable for a particular use. A converted or repaired result may still resemble people, brands, characters, or other protected material in the source. Local repair and fill-test choices are not a rights, consent, privacy, or safety review.
• We do not claim ownership of the coloring pages you generate, but we also cannot guarantee that any output is protectable, unique, or free of third-party claims.

3. No non-infringement guarantee

• Text prompts are checked by automated brand-and-character screening before generation, and matching prompts may be blocked. Photo AI uploads are checked by the provider's safety systems and our attestations, not by a separate screening service, and no screening is complete. An output may still unintentionally include or resemble protected material.
• We make no representation that generated coloring pages are free of copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
• Paid plans in the current phase do not include a commercial-use license unless expressly stated in separate license terms. Plus does not authorize commercial use. See the “Generated and colored output” section of the Terms of Service.

4. Your uploads

You are responsible for having the rights or permissions for photos you submit to Photo AI. You must be 18 or older, the photo must show no people, and it must contain none of the prohibited content listed in the Service. Do not use other people's copyrighted images, photos of people, or branded/protected characters.

5. Reporting and takedown

Rights holders may submit copyright complaints to support@pagecolorai.com as described in our Terms of Service (Section 14). We will review and act in accordance with applicable law.
