pagecolorai.com (the "Service") sends text prompts and full uploaded images to OpenAI for automated safety moderation. Approved text prompts are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for image generation; approved photos are converted by local server-side image processing; names are rendered from templates in the browser. Please read this disclaimer together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. AI-generated content
- Coloring pages are produced by automated systems. They may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results, and similar outputs may be produced for different users.
- Text prompts and uploaded photos receive automated safety moderation. Text prompts also receive automated brand-and-character screening before generation, and matching prompts may be blocked. Screening is incomplete. If you encounter output that appears inappropriate or infringing, please report it to support@pagecolorai.com.
2. Copyright status of generated output — honest position
- Under current US Copyright Office guidance, images generated purely by AI without sufficient human creative contribution may not be eligible for copyright protection. The legal status of AI-assisted works is evolving and may differ by country.
- For photo-to-coloring conversions, you keep whatever rights you hold in your original photo; the converted line art is a transformation of your own image.
- We do not claim ownership of the coloring pages you generate, but we also cannot guarantee that any output is protectable, unique, or free of third-party claims.
3. No non-infringement guarantee
- Text prompts are checked by automated brand-and-character screening before generation, and matching prompts may be blocked. Uploaded photos are not subject to a complete intellectual-property review. No screening is complete, and an output may still unintentionally include or resemble protected material.
- We make no representation that generated coloring pages are free of copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
